OrderNow.al is a platform that lets restaurants publish menus and take orders and bookings via QR codes, and lets diners discover restaurants, view menus, order, and book. We provide the software only. We are not a party to the contract between a diner and a restaurant, and we do not prepare, sell, or deliver food.
New restaurants receive a 15-day free trial, after which a subscription is required. You are responsible for the accuracy of your menus, prices, allergen information, and business and tax details, and for honoring orders and bookings. You are solely responsible for issuing legally compliant fiscalized invoices under Albanian law; the order summary produced by OrderNow.al is not a fiscal receipt.
You can browse without an account. Placing an order or booking requires a name and phone number so the restaurant can fulfil it. Your order is a transaction with the restaurant, not with Kaviora. Any discounts are provided and funded by the restaurant.
Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, and do not attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, or breach the service or its security.
The OrderNow.al platform, software, and design are owned by Kaviora Technologies and protected by law. You receive a limited right to use the service under these terms.
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by Albanian law, we are not liable for the acts of restaurants or diners, the quality or safety of food, fiscalization or tax compliance, or losses arising from use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Albania, with disputes subject to the competent courts of Tiranë.
